Doctor's note:

19 yr old female. Patient was born with excessively small peg-laterals. Braces were used to create space for normal sized lateral incisors; then, porcelain laminate veneers were given after completion of braces.

Doctor's note:

44 yr old female. Missing tooth was replaced with an implant and porcelain laminate veneers were given on upper front teeth for cosmetic purpose.
